Lash refills require that you have 60% or more extensions left, or a new new Full Set will be required.
Some individuals are allergic to the ingredient in the glue. In the unlikely case that happens you need to consult your physician. We don’t pay for doctor’s visits.
If you have an incident / accident that damages your Extensions, we might fix them for the first 2 days for without charge ( at our discretion). If the accident occurs more than once, you will be charged.
