  • We DO NOT touch-up other artist’s work, unless discussed and approved otherwise.
  • Any client that is 15 minutes late might be required to re-schedule.
  • We understand last minute emergencies happen. However,if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule.
  • We require 24 hours notice for re-scheduling or cancellations. Less than 24 re- scheduling, cancellation or no shows  will be charged extra for their next on their next appointment. 
  • All prices are subject to change without notice.

Eyelash Policies

  • We DO NOT touch-up other artist’s work, unless discussed and approved otherwise.

  • We require 24 hours notice for re-scheduling or cancellations. Less than 24 re- scheduling, cancellation or no shows  will be charged extra for their next on their next appointment. 
  • Lash refills require that you have 60% or more extensions left, or a new new Full Set will be required.
  • Some individuals are allergic to the ingredient in the glue. In the unlikely case that happens you need to consult your physician. We don’t pay for doctor’s visits.
  • If you have an incident / accident that damages your Extensions, we might fix them for the first 2 days for without charge ( at our discretion). If the accident occurs more than once, you will be charged.
